Over 0.5/Under 0.5 goals
One of the most basic match total bets. The Asian handicap is set at half a goal in this example. This means that if you take the Over 0.5 wager, all you need is one of the teams to score a single goal to win. Similarly, if you bet on Under 0.5, you expect no goals to be scored during the game. Before kickoff, the odds on an Under 0.5 Asian handicap bet will always be the same as the odds on a 0-0 exact score. Betting on Over/Under 0.5 in the final stages of a match may be quite beneficial.
Over 0.75/Under 0.75 goals
Quarter goal handicaps are a little trickier. To make things easier to understand, use the following basic trick: Divide your quarter handicap wager into two distinct bets, one for a full goal and one for a half goal. This means that, in the case of the 0.75 bet, you must technically divide your stake in two bets: half on the 0.5 handicap and the other half on the 1 goal handicap.
Following this rule of thumb, if you bet on the over 0.75 and a match concludes with only one goal scored, you will receive half of your stake back (over 1 goal) and win the other half (over 0.5 goals).
